One-Night Gala Dinner : Yoshihiro Murata of Kikunoi × Tetsuya Asano of TOKI <Nov 1st, 2025> 【5th Anniversary】

HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTO will celebrate its 5th anniversary on November 3rd, 2025.
To mark this occasion, we are delighted to present a one-night-only Gala Dinner featuring Yoshihiro Murata, the proprietor of the Michelin three-starred traditional restaurant Kikunoi, and Tetsuya Asano, Executive Chef of our innovative Kyoto French restaurant TOKI and Japan’s representative for the Bocuse d'Or International Culinary Competition 2027.

Chef Yoshihiro Murata of Kikunoi has long been at the forefront of bringing Kyoto’s culinary culture to the world, acclaimed both in Japan and overseas as a master who embodies the traditions and innovations of Japanese cuisine. Meanwhile, Chef Tetsuya Asano of TOKI offers a modern French cuisine inspired by Kyoto’s pristine water and delicate dashi (stock) . His talent and vision have earned him the honor of representing Japan at the world’s most prestigious culinary competition, the Bocuse d’Or 2027.

For this exclusive evening, the two chefs will each present their own creations in a specially curated course. A dialogue between Japanese and French gastronomy, this one-night-only collaboration promises an unforgettable culinary experience.

Price: JPY 88,000 per person (inclusive of tax and service charge, with wine and beverage pairing)
Capacity: Limited to 40 guests (advance reservation required)
Reservation Start: From 10:00am, Monday, September 1st, 2025
