The source of our Thermal Spring - a natural
onsen pool where guests are asked to wear swimsuits to bathe - is a natural hot spring located some 1000m directly below the location of the hotel property.
Unwind and enjoy the deep relaxation you can only get from a natural hot spring bath - a calm and peaceful experience unique to HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTO.

Information
- Children between the ages of 4 and 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- We ask guests to take a shower before bathing in the Thermal Spring.
- Please note that this facility is a natural hot spring pool for both men and women to enjoy wearing swimsuits.
- For the health and safety of our guests, we ask guests to refrain from bathing immediately before or after eating, or after drinking alcoholic beverages.
- Please refrain from using mobile phones and cameras in the SPA area.
- If you are found to be disturbing clientele in the SPA area, you may be asked to leave and to refrain from using the facilities.
