Our private onsen is over 100m², complete with an enclosed wet living space, along with a dedicated Japanese garden. The perfect place to enjoy a memorable experience unique to Japan.
Please note that the Private Onsen is for registered hotel guests only. Guests can make use of in-room dining during their time at the Private Onsen.

Regarding Arrival Time
- Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled time.
- If you arrive late for your reservation, we may shorten the time of your visit. We ask for your understanding in this regard.
Cancellation Policy
After completing your reservation, cancellations or changes will incur cancellation fees according to the following policy:
- 48 hours before the reservation time: 100% of service fee.
- No contact: 100% of service fee.
Please note that the contents specified in the confirmation document take precedence regarding cancellation fees.
