Two ovens are located at the heart of our all-day dining restaurant FORNI. Croissants made in these ovens will be brought to your table. You can enjoy the crispy texture and rich aroma that only freshly baked croissants can provide.

Served as part of our American breakfast, Egg Benedict au Gratin is something of a new delicacy. The base consists of a baguette that has been carefully cut into cubes, dipped in milk and eggs, and then baked to a match the texture of French toast. The poached egg is made with eggs from Nakamura Farm, and the dish is completed with a Kyoto-style hollandaise sauce that combines the aroma of saikyo miso and the fresh scent of yuzu citrus.
The freshest seasonal vegetables are lightly battered and fried to create delicate vegetable tempura, served with our Japanese breakfast. Our Japanese culinary team pay special attention to the cooking process so that the tempura remains light and flavourful. Tempura is an elegant addition to our Japanese breakfast, so our guests may savour the best of the season.
