At HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTO, we are pleased to present “The B.A Winter Ritual at Kyoto Nijo Onsen”, a limited-time collaboration that brings together POLA’s prestige brand B.A and our natural hot spring, Kyoto Nijo Onsen.

Our Private Onsen, experience the Kyoto Nijo Onsen, a natural hot spring drawn from 1,000 meters under ground, will be transformed into a space immersed in the world of B.A. For a limited period, guests can enjoy an exclusive winter experience designed to awaken the senses and offer moments of refined indulgence.

HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTO, guided by the concept of "Embracing Japan’s Beauty", has long cherished and upheld Japan’s traditional aesthetic spirit. In the same spirit, POLA has pursued "the creation of high-prestige products rooted in an appreciation for Japanese aesthetics". United by this shared vision, the two companies have come together to bring this project to fruition.

The stage is set at the Private Onsen, an exclusive retreat of over 100 square meters, where guests can immerse themselves in the hot spring while gazing out onto a secluded courtyard.

During the promotion, the Private Onsen will be accented by immersive spatial design that allows guests to experience B.A with all five senses, complemented by exclusive programs, offering a luxurious spa journey that leads to radiant skin and deep relaxation.

We are also pleased to announce that Kyoto Nijo Onsen has newly received the POLA Beautiful Skin Hot Spring Certificate, scientifically recognized for its beautifying benefits. Together with POLA’s culmination of skincare research, this collaboration offers a seasonal spa experience that nurtures both the beauty and the spirit through Japan’s timeless onsen culture.
