Begin the Uji Matcha & Kyoto Strawberry Afternoon Tea with a bowl of our original matcha, ENISHI, whisked by the guest’s own hand. Indulge in an array of sweets and savories crafted with RYUOUEN’s fine Uji matcha and the finest Kyoto strawberries. Highlights include a delicate chestnut Mont Blanc infused with matcha, and freshly baked madeleines that perfectly harmonize the flavors of matcha and strawberry. Each creation is as visually delightful as it is flavorful.
To make the season even more special, from December 20th to 25th, we will also serve our pastry chef’s signature Christmas shortcake, beautifully crafted with Kyoto strawberries.
