Nijo Room

Nijo-jo Castle was constructed in 1603 to protect the Imperial Palace, and the East Main Entrance Higashi Otemon Gate is a designated Important Cultural Asset. Guests staying in the eponymous Nijo Room will look out on to the castle itself. Measuring over 50㎡, the room features include a sofa lounger ideally situated by the window, where guests can take in imposing views of the castle scenery. Guests can feel and experience first-hand the rich history of Kyoto from the aptly named Nijo Room.
