Garden Suite
The former Mitsui residence on this site featured a traditional Japanese garden with a path around a pond. With the advent of the HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTO, we have recreated this garden in its modern form. Measuring over 95m2 and consisting of separate living room and bedroom areas, the Garden Suite is the perfect place to enjoy the four seasons – the breathtaking beauty of sakura cherry blossoms in the spring, in summer the garden is resplendently verdant, the colors of autumn are so striking, and in winter the snowscape is a wonder to behold. Kyoto architecture has a rich tradition of teioku ichinyo – the spirit of harmony between buildings and the garden. The Garden Suite is the embodiment of the teioku ichinyo spirit at the HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTO.
