This programme is born from a natural synergy between FAS’s philosophy of elevating Japan’s traditional culture of fermentation through modern science and the hotel’s own spirit of heritage and innovation.
Enjoy a signature spa treatment available only at our hotel, followed by a specially curated fermentation-themed lunch at Italian restaurant FORNI. The menu highlights key FAS ingredients, including Kyoto-grown black rice and multifloral honey, thoughtfully incorporated into each dish.
