Kumano Brush Drainage Therapy
The Kumano Brush is used for dry brushing to exfoliate the skin, enhancing oil absorption and circulation. For the massage oil, we use a hotel original blend based on hinoki Japanese cypress, yuzu, and kuromoji (Lindera umbellate). We plan to expand our treatment menu in the future.

About Kumano Brush
The general term for brushes made in Kumano Town, Hiroshima Prefecture. The process of hand-selecting the bristles to bundling them together cannot be replicated by machines and so these brushes are still crafted by skilled artisans. Techniques passed down over more than 180 years have produced calligraphy brushes that were designated as a Registered Traditional Craft in 1975.
