HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTO is proud to present a special collaboration with Hibiki, a symbol of Japanese whisky craftsmanship. Now in its third year, this exclusive promotion offers a free-flow experience featuring Hibiki JAPANESE HARMONY, served as highballs, on the rocks, or with water, along with three original cocktails specially curated under the supervision of Suntory.
The setting is THE GARDEN BAR, which offers a breathtaking view of the hotel’s Japanese garden inspired by the 24 seasonal divisions of the traditional calendar. Guests are invited to fully immerse themselves in the changing beauty of the seasons while savoring the elegant flavors of Hibiki. Six beautifully designed Hibiki bottles, each inspired by the 24 seasonal divisions, will also be artfully displayed throughout the venue, further elevating the sense of refinement.
As twilight gently fades into night, relax on the open-air terrace where a soft breeze flows through the garden. Enjoy the delicate harmony of Hibiki paired with dishes designed to enhance its nuanced character.
