Renowned as a world-class producer and the pride of Amarone, "Allegrini" boasts an illustrious reputation as one of Italy's finest. We are honored to welcome Mr. Elia Atzori, Regional Manager from the winery, for a one-night-only special dinner at Italian Cuisine FORNI.

Guests will enjoy a marriage of Allegrini’s masterpieces, including the supreme "Amarone della Valpolicella Classico," paired with a special course menu created by our chef exclusively for this occasion. Join us in the "SHIKI-NO-MA" facing our beautiful garden for a luxurious evening exploring the essence of Italian wine with Allegri Regional Manager Mr. Elia Atzori.

Guest Speaker: Mr. Elia Atzori Allegrini Regional Manager

Born on July 26, 1992, in San Miniato, Tuscany. Having lived in Asia for 20 years, Mr. Atzori spent his high school years in India and university years in China. During his stay in China, his interest in wine deepened. After graduating, he returned to Italy and worked as an intern at Gaja in Piedmont for one year. During this time, he had the opportunity to learn from Mr. Angelo Gaja, an experience that paved the way for him to work with the world's top wineries. From 2015 to 2024, he served as the Export Manager for China at Marchesi Antinori. During this period, he deepened his wine education, completing WSET Level 3, and is currently in the final stages of the Level 4 Diploma. Currently, he serves as the Regional Manager for Asia Pacific at Allegrini, dedicating himself to market development and the brand's global growth.
