Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes made after a reservation has been confirmed will be subject to the following charges:

Within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time: 100% of the reserved treatment price
No-show: 100% of the reserved treatment price
Please note that if different cancellation terms are stated in your confirmation, the terms specified in the confirmation shall prevail.

Age Requirement

Spa treatments are generally available to guests aged 16 and above.

Guests under the age of 18 who wish to receive a treatment are required to have a parental or guardian consent and waiver form completed prior to their appointment.

Important Information

To fully enjoy your spa experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Guests wishing to enjoy the Thermal Springs before their treatment are encouraged to arrive one hour before their appointment.

Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time in consideration of subsequent appointments.

If you have any health concerns, medical conditions, or allergies, please inform us at the time of booking. Depending on your condition, certain treatments may not be available. Our therapists are highly trained and experienced, and will be pleased to assist with any questions or concerns.

Please note that spa treatments are not available for guests in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Hotel guests are encouraged to use the in-room safety deposit box for the storage of valuables. Please note that the hotel cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings within the Thermal Springs and Spa areas.
