Afternoon Tea: Winter Elegance - MIKIMOTO COSMETICS×HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTO

An afternoon tea filled with the sparkle of the festive season, Winter Elegance – is our collaboration with MIKIMOTO following the launch of the first-ever set of original treatments using MIKIMOTO COSMETICS products at our hotel SPA in October 2023.

Indulge in a variety of holiday-inspired menu items, including Shortbread and Stollen finished with Pearl Powder that was believed to be consumed by the legendary Chinese beauty, Yang Guifei, for the sake of maintaining her peerless beauty. There are also offerings like Cookies & Cream Mousse and White Fish and Lotus Root Manju crafted in the shape of pearls, and a Lobster and Apple Tart. As a souvenir, we will present you with the Pearl Essence Liquid Crystal, a pre-beauty serum from MIKIMOTO COSMETICS, allowing you to shine from both inside and out with the beauty of pearls.
