The venue for these special evenings is "SHIKI-NO-MA", a private dining room that overlooks the hotel's tranquil courtyard and is a faithful recreation of a part of the Mitsui family’s historic residence, crafted entirely from Japanese cypress.
Each dinner will welcome distinguished representatives and experts from renowned wineries and Champagne houses, who will share insights into their history and craftsmanship, while guests indulge in an exclusive pairing menu designed to complement the exceptional beverages.

For this special night, the chefs of FORNI have crafted a unique Italian dining experience, perfectly paired with FRESCOBALDI’s world-renowned Tuscan wines.
