In spring, the weeping cherry tree in the courtyard garden blossoms beautifully, heralding the start of this season of optimism and promise. The beauty of cherry blossoms, which has captivated the Japanese people since time immemorial, is expressed in this seasonal afternoon tea set. We offer confectionery that embody the elegant appearance and delicate aroma of cherry blossoms, as well as savoury items that use colourful seasonal ingredients to convey a sense of freshness and vitality.

This afternoon tea is designed to be enjoyed in the spirit of blossom viewing, includes Sakura An Butter Cookies, combining the elegance of the soft petals with cherry bean paste. The Coconut Sakura Mochi is inspired by sakura mochi and features shortbread infused with the flavor of cherry leaves for a taste of Japan in the spring. For our savouries, we have prepared Sakura Sea Bream pressed sushi served with cherry jelly to announce the arrival of spring. The Egg Tofu with Sakura Shrimp and Canola Blossoms, together with the Balsamic Braised Spare Ribs, are served alongside sakura-coloured steamed buns. Enjoy these seasonal delicacies with our original mocktails or tea from TWG, gazing at the courtyard garden as it is dances in the colours of spring.
