SPA Indulgence - A Therapeutic Onsen Journey, an exclusive spa menu for guests to enjoy natural hot springs and SPA treatments.
The package offers a new way to enjoy a hotel stay in the age of wellness, through relaxing in a luxurious and tranquil spa facility complete with treatments by ALAENA. HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTO is the first location in Japan to feature ALAENA products, the groundbreaking organic cosmeceutical brand developed by a family of dermatologists.
The package includes a choice of two programmes with different objectives: 'Beauty' and ‘Relaxation/Healing', Both are shaped by the therapeutic powers of our Thermal Spring and Private Onsen, fed by the natural hot spring sourced from 1,000m below the property.

The above prices include the SPA treatment and dinner.
* The length of stay can be adjusted according to the wishes of the guest at the time of booking.
* Availability is dependent on our reservations.
* Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to your stay.
* After booking, the hotel will contact you to confirm your booking.
* If your companion does not wish to receive a SPA treatment, dinner only is available for JPY 10,000 per person.
* This SPA menu is available only for staying guests.

Our chef will prepare a special dinner that will nourish your body. Delivered to your room at your convenience.

Includes a soothing fragrance that will lead you peacefully to sleep.
● Private Onsen
Enjoy a private onsen experience in a space measuring over 100 m2 during your stay.
Duration: The Beauty Session is 120 min, The Relaxation Session is 150 min.

● Customised scrub bar (only for guests that choose the Beauty option)
Guests can create their own scrub using unique ingredients such as azuki beans and soybean flour to suit their preferences, and treat their feet with a freshly made scrub prior to their Beauty treatment.
● Aroma steam sauna with whisking (only for guests that choose the Relaxation/Healing option)
Benefit from a whisking with a healing aroma in the steam sauna facility in our Private Onsen.
