Sustainable Dining: Guest Chef Fumio Yonezawa has created a special sustainable culinary experience

For a limited period, Fumio Yonezawa, Executive Chef of The Burn, a sustainable grill restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo, will be offering a sustainable dining experience.

From October 15-17, Chef Yonezawa will be on hand to personally prepare each dish.
